These are just the sneak peeks from this incredible day and I’m already so in love. The black & white style of wedding details that this couple curated for their day were stunning and so fun to photograph. They are such a kind couple and had the best night celebrating their love with all their favorite people at their venue in Okoboji. The venue was actually built by Krissy’s dad which I thought was so cool and it made for the perfect space to get married, surrounded by so many trees with a bit of a whimsical feel — especially during the ceremony.

It always blows my mind how surreal weddings are. As a photographer, being invited to document these special moments is something I cherish and never take for granted.
Krissy and Ian have such a sweet love story and have lived across the pond and traveled the world together. This made their wedding day feel so special. They got to celebrate and reunite with so many friends and family that they hadn’t seen in a long time.
I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with this incredibly kind and genuine couple. I am so passionate about documenting these beautiful memories of their big day with their favorite people.
